About Us

About Us

In our teams across the UK we have many years' experience in the print, fulfil and scan industry. All of these personnel enjoy the area in which they work and are focused entirely on customer satisfaction.

We help our clients succeed because we constantly exceed society's expectation of the abilities of our workforce. This ability to exceed expectations also applies to the way we do business - from demanding certain standards of openness and transparency of business practices to our corporate environmental and employment strategies.

We have established areas of expertise in the areas of print, fulfilment, document management and managed services and are determined to work with each and every client to provide the most cost-effective solution we can for them.

On occasions, the solution may be to use just a part of our services. However, we always keep an eye on the bigger picture for you and are happy to manage projects of a larger, more integrated nature too.

These larger projects range from us providing two or more services / functions to our clients right up to transitioning the complete mail/print/document piece to our sites for us to manage on your behalf, brief details as follows:

Transition (going the extra mile)

At the start of any project, Remploy will provide a project manager at an early stage who will have overall control of any transitional requirements. The project manager will be experienced in all aspects of the offer and will report directly to the senior operations manager. All aspects of the project will come under the project manager's remit from creation of the Project Initiation Document (PID) to BAU. This position will liaise directly with the nominated project leader from the client in the first instance.

The project manager will identify a project board team consisting of individuals experienced in areas of finance, IT, operations, mail, scan, print and account management.

In accordance with the client's requirements, a detailed set of KPIs will be produced to ensure quality is maintained across all parts of the business at all times. The project manager (with the project board team) will be responsible for agreeing quality control measures with the client.

Once the project is deemed ‘business as usual', then the account manager shall assume full responsibility for the interface with the client. In some instances, dependent upon the specific requirements of the client and the size of the project, the project manager role may be taken on by the designated account manager.

A clear policy of escalation will be formulated and circulated to the client for approval.

Areas of risk will have been identified and plans put in place to ensure the smooth transition of the contract.

We are a flexible organisation ready to meet the needs of the client. We can configure our sites to best suit client requirements and can expand or contract as demand requires.

Managed services

With experienced staff throughout the UK (we believe in using local staff where possible), we can help manage your services on-site on your behalf.

Fulfilment/print services are not generally seen as core businesses within many businesses so, by outsourcing/contracting to a managed services company, the client can release capital to spend on core businesses.

A fully integrated managed service (fulfilment/print/mail/design) can help lead ultimately to the goal of releasing property value within a client organisation.
